INITIALIZATION
RESET BACK-UP BATTERY CONDITION
HINT:
If the back-up battery (mobilephone battery) has been replaced, it is necessary to perform the Reset Backup Battery Condition procedure.
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Telematics / Utility / Backup Battery Replacement Reset

(e) According to the display on the Techstream, perform Backup Battery Replacement Reset to reset the mobilephone battery replacement flag.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1. INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (a) Turn the stop light switch assembly in the clockwise direction until it reaches the standard shaft protrusion amount and temporarily install it. Standard: 0.5 to 1.7 mm (0.0197 to 0.0669 in.) NOTICE: Do not depress the brake pedal.
