Lexus NX: Dtc Check / Clear
DTC CHECK / CLEAR
CHECK DTC
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise1*1 or Radar Cruise2*2 / Trouble Codes.
Powertrain > Radar Cruise1 > Trouble Codes Powertrain > Radar Cruise2 > Trouble Codes

*1: Stored in the hybrid vehicle control ECU

*2: Stored in the forward recognition camera
(e) Check for DTCs (Test Failed / Pending / Confirmed).
Techstream Display | Description |
Test Failed | Shows the malfunction judgment results during the current trip. |
Pending | Shows the malfunction judgment results up to now. (Indicates the possibility of a malfunction when no DTC is confirmed.) |
Confirmed | Shows the DTCs confirmed up to now. (The number of current trips differs for each DTC.) |
HINT:
Freeze frame data is stored respectively for pending DTCs, confirmed DTCs and the latest DTCs.
CLEAR DTC
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise1*1 or Radar Cruise2*2 / Clear DTCs.
Powertrain > Radar Cruise1 > Clear DTCs Powertrain > Radar Cruise2 > Clear DTCs

*1: Stored in the hybrid vehicle control ECU

*2: Stored in the forward recognition camera
(e) Clear the DTCs.
HINT:
Clearing the DTCs will also clear the freeze frame data.
