Lexus NX: EPB High Temperature (C13AA)
DESCRIPTION
If the electric parking brake is used continuously, the parking brake actuator assembly overheat prevention stops the system.
This DTC is stored to protect the system and is not a malfunction.

PROCEDURE
| 1. | ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE OVERHEAT |
(a) With the overheat warning displayed, wait for approximately 1 minute.
(b) Check if the overheat warning has disappeared.
HINT:

Check the display after turning the power switch off and on (IG).

If the display returns to normal and the electric parking brake can be operated, clear the DTC.
