INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY LH

CAUTION:

Wear insulated gloves and use insulated tools.

(a) Install the battery cooling blower assembly LH with the 3 nuts.

Torque:

7.5 N·m {76 kgf·cm, 66 in·lbf}

(b) Connect the wire harness clamp and connector.

2. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY RH

CAUTION:

Wear insulated gloves and use insulated tools.

(a) Install the battery cooling blower assembly RH with the 3 nuts.

Torque:

7.5 N·m {76 kgf·cm, 66 in·lbf}

(b) Connect the wire harness clamp and connector.

3. INSTALL NO. 4 HYBRID BATTERY EXHAUST DUCT

(a) Install the No. 4 hybrid battery exhaust duct to the No. 2 hybrid battery exhaust duct.

4. INSTALL NO. 3 HYBRID BATTERY EXHAUST DUCT

(a) Install the No. 3 hybrid battery exhaust duct to the No. 1 hybrid battery exhaust duct.

5. CONNECT NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

CAUTION:

Wear insulated gloves.

(a) Connect the No. 2 hybrid battery intake duct with the 2 clips.

6. CONNECT NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

CAUTION:

Wear insulated gloves.

(a) Connect the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct with the 2 clips.

7. INSTALL NO. 2 TOOL BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY

9. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH

10. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

11. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

12. INSTALL SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

13. CONNECT INVERTER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

14. CONNECT WIRE HARNESS

15. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP

16. INSTALL HYBRID BATTERY SERVICE PLUG COVER

17. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER

Click here

18. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

19. INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONECTING AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

HINT:

When disconnecting and reconnecting the auxiliary battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
