Lexus NX: Steering Angle Midpoint Initial Setting Incomplete (C1AEA)
DESCRIPTION
When the clearance warning ECU assembly detects that the steering angle neutral point memorization is incomplete during self-diagnosis, C1AEA is stored.

(a) Perform steering angle neutral point memorization.

(a) Using the Techstream, check for DTCs according to the prompts on the screen.

(b) Clear the DTCs according to the screen on the Techstream.

(c) Recheck for DTCs.

HINT:
- If DTC C1AEA is output, perform steering angle neutral point memorization.
- If DTC C1AEA is still output after performing steering angle neutral point memorization 3 times, replace the clearance warning ECU assembly.
