Lexus NX: Indicator Circuit
DESCRIPTION
The LTA/LDA indicator output request signal is sent from the forward recognition camera to the combination meter assembly via CAN communication.
CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
NOTICE:
- When replacing the forward recognition camera, make sure to replace it with a new one. If a device that was installed in another vehicle is used, the information stored in the forward recognition camera will not match the information from the vehicle, and may cause a DTC to be output.

When replacing the forward recognition camera, the forward recognition camera optical axis must be adjusted.
HINT:
Perform forward recognition camera axis alignment with either "One time recognition" or "Sequential Recognition".

- When replacing the combination meter assembly, be sure to replace it with a new part. If a device that was installed in another vehicle is used, the information stored in the combination meter assembly will not match the information from the vehicle, and may cause a DTC to be output.
PROCEDURE
| 1. | READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (CAN BUS CHECK) |
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: System Select / CAN Bus Check.

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: System Select / Health Check.
(e) Check DTCs.
(f) Turn the power switch off.

| 3. | PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (METER DISPLAY 1) |
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test.
(e) According to the display on the Techstream, perform the Active Test.
