INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Apply battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

OK:

Battery Connection

Specified Condition

Positive (+) → 3 (LO)

Negative (-) → 4 (E)

Headlight illuminates

Positive (+) → 2 (SOL)

Negative (-) → 5 (S)

Hi / Low Solenoid operates

If the result is not as specified, replace the headlight assembly LH.

2. INSPECT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Apply battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

OK:

Specified Condition

Positive (+) → 3 (LO)

Positive (+) → 2 (SOL)

Negative (-) → 5 (S)

Hi / Low Solenoid operates
