INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (BACK DOOR COURTESY SWITCH)
HINT:
- When installing a new back door lock assembly (back door courtesy switch), if there is a rope on the assembly, remove the rope before installation.
- The rope can be removed from the back door lock assembly (back door courtesy switch) by pulling either one of the 2 ends.
(a) w/o Power Back Door:
(1) Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock assembly (back door courtesy switch).
(2) Install the back door lock assembly (back door courtesy switch) with the 3 bolts.
Torque:
13 N·m {133 kgf·cm, 10 ft·lbf}
(3) Connect the connector.
(b) w/ Power Back Door:
(1) Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock assembly (back door courtesy switch).
(2) Install the back door lock assembly (back door courtesy switch) with the 4 bolts.
Torque:
13 N·m {133 kgf·cm, 10 ft·lbf}
(3) Connect the connector and attach the clamp.

Poor Sound Quality in All Modes (Low Volume)
PROCEDURE 1. CHECK AUDIO SETTINGS (a) Set treble, middle and bass to the initial values and check that the sound is normal. OK: The sound returns to normal. HINT: Sound quality adjustment measures vary according to the type of amplifier. OK END
