INSPECTION
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT THROTTLE WITH MOTOR BODY ASSEMBLY
| *a | Component without harness connected (Throttle with Motor Body Assembly) |
(a) Check that the throttle valve opens and closes smoothly.
(b) Check that the there is no sludge accumulating around the throttle with motor body assembly.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
| Tester Connection | Condition | Specified Condition |
|---|---|---|
| 1 (M-) - 2 (M+) | 20°C (68°F) | 0.3 to 100 Ω |
If the result is not as specified, replace the throttle with motor body assembly.
